A FRESH LOOK AT A HISTORIC BUILDING

The Auditorium was built for the people of Worcester, and with proper planning, it can once again serve as a community gathering place.

AHF is committed to reestablishing this majestic building as a cultural resource for the city, transforming the crumbling municipal structure into the hub of Worcester’s historic Lincoln Square.

AHF envisions creating a multipurpose entertainment facility that blends historic preservation with technology-forward amenities, resulting in one of the most unique venues in the country. The Auditorium will host traditional events like concerts, comedy acts, weddings, and conferences, as well as “emerging events” such as esports, robotics competitions, immersive exhibits, and other contemporary performances. Help us make our vision a reality.

Building Layout

With 165,000 square feet of space, the Auditorium can accommodate a vibrant commercial and entertainment tenancy. We envision a mixed-use building accessible to all Worcester residents and visitors.
